      While the web server cannot be recovered due to backend server problem, you are welcome to install a local version (the method code, but no web interface) to try it out! I wish you have a great time using it.

    Hello Daer Dr.

    This is Assoc. Prof. Ugur Uzuner, from the Dept of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Karadeniz Technical University in Turkey, I just wonder Why LigTmap was cancelled, it has been almost 2 years upon its inacitvation. why do not you reactivate it?

    I really eager to use it. If you can provide me the acitvation code to use it I will be appreciated.

      Hello Prof. Uzuner,

      We are really happy to have your support in our work!
      Unfortunately, the backend server was broken and due to limited funding we cannot get it run again. Since LigTMap relies much on the backend to perform all the heavy calculations, we have no way but to shut down the web server. I am really sorry for causing any inconveniences.
      However, if you are interested to continue the use or even to develop it, feel free to install a local version (the method code, but no web interface)! I wish you have a great time using it.
